As a property owner, we know you want to protect your asset and maximize income. To achieve these objectives, we offer the following services:

Screening includes public records, criminal records, credit and reference checks, as well as personal interviews.              
Aggressive advertising to get your property rented quickly.
Monthly drive bys along with periodic walk through inspections as needed.
Timely and professional maintenance to ensure proper upkeep at reasonable costs.
Reasonable and consistent application of rental rules and procedures to protect the owner as well as the tenant.
Rapid response to owner or tenant inquiries.
Emergency response available seven days a week.

Our objective in providing these services is "worry free" rental property ownership for you. Our charges for these services follow:

1 - 4 units (house thru four plex)                                             10% of gross rents received       

5 -Plus unit complex (w/ onsite Manager)                               8% of gross rents received

Minimum management fee is $60 per unit.

The above management fees may be adjusted based on an evaluation of the property.
