As a property owner, we know you want to protect your asset and maximize income. To achieve these objectives, we offer the following services:
- Screening includes public records, criminal records, credit and reference checks, as well as personal interviews.
- Aggressive advertising to get your property rented quickly.
- Monthly drive bys along with periodic walk through inspections as needed.
- Timely and professional maintenance to ensure proper upkeep at reasonable costs.
- Reasonable and consistent application of rental rules and procedures to protect the owner as well as the tenant.
- Rapid response to owner or tenant inquiries.
- Emergency response available seven days a week.
Our objective in providing these services is “worry free” rental property ownership for you. Our charges for these services follows:
1 – 4 units (house thru four plex) 10% of gross rents received
5 -Plus unit complex (w/ onsite Manager) 8% of gross rents received
Minimum management fee is $60 per unit.
The above management fees may be adjusted based on an evaluation of the property.
